WTC Student Email (Gmail)

New students logging into your email for the first time:
Username: firstname.lastname@student.wiltech.edu
Example: jane.doe@student.wiltech.edu
Your initial password is a lowercase w followed by your student ID# including the 0 just as it appears on your student id card
Example: w0123456

For Email Support: mishelp@wiltech.edu


Moodle Online Classes

Your username is your email address:
firstname.lastname@student.wiltech.edu

Your initial password will be sent to your WTC student email address.

Note: After registration your classes may not immediately be available in Moodle until your instructor adds you into the class.

WTC Self Service

User ID: your last name + last four digits of your SSN (all lowercase)
Example: brown1234
