Electrical technicians apply their knowledge of electrical theory and
related subjects to the design, assembly, testing and modification of electrical
circuits, devices, machines and systems, both operational and experimental
in laboratories and industrial plants.
The Electrical Technology program is designed to provide students with
the basic technical background to pursue careers in the areas of electrical
installation, servicing and maintenance of a variety of electrical control
and distribution systems.
