WILLIAMSBURG TECH INSTRUCTORS NAMED TO WHO’S WHO

Three Williamsburg Technical College instructors have been selected for inclusion in the eleventh edition of Who’s Who Among America’s Teachers. 

Those named from Williamsburg Technical College include:  Sylvia Cumbie, developmental studies instructor; Linda Player, office systems technology instructor; and Anne Cummings, science instructor. 

Only five percent of the nation’s teachers are honored in each edition of Who’s Who and less that two percent are included in more than one edition. Each of the Williamsburg Tech nominees was selected because they “made a difference” in the life of one of their former students.  The only students invited to submit nominations are those who have distinguished themselves by being recognized for excellence in either Who’s Who Among American High School Students, Who’s Who Among American High School Students—Sports Edition, or the National Dean’s List.
