Williamsburg Technical College has hired Charlie Fulton as tutor coordinator/counselor for the Student Support Services program at the College.  Formerly a project manager with Saki Winki Properties, Inc., Fulton received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from South Carolina State University.  In addition to his duties at the College, Fulton also serves as mayor of the town of Lane, associate minister of Antioch Baptist Church, and a member of the Phi Beta Sigma fraternity.  He and his wife, Loretta, live in Lane with their two children.
