Technical Education Legislative Overview Slated

South Carolina Technical College System president Barry Russell will speak at Williamsburg Technical College in Kingstree on Monday, December 3, at 3 p.m. in the College’s auditorium.  Dr. Russell will address the technical college system’s legislative priorities for the 2008-2009 year.  The public is invited to attend.
