WTC Commemorates September 11

Williamsburg Technical College recently coordinated a commemoration ceremony to honor those who have died as a result of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks and those who have served our country since then.  Dr. Cleve Cox, president of the College, and Clifton Elliott, dean of instruction at the College and a staff sergeant with the 1052nd Transportation Unit from Kingstree, spoke to those in attendance, and local law enforcement officials, firemen and National Guardsmen assisted with the flag ceremony and the placing of a wreath at the flagpole on campus.  Rev.
