
WILLIAMSBURG TECHNICAL COLLEGE HIRES NEW EMPLOYEES
Williamsburg Technical College recently hired several new employees.
William A. Boyd, instructor of business law, is an Andrews resident and is also employed at Jenkinson, Jarrett and Kellahan, PA. He is a graduate of Francis Marion University and Appalachian School of Law. He is involved in the Williamsburg Historical Society and the Lions Club.
Debbie Burrows, instructor of art, lives in Salters. She is also employed with Vital Aging. She is a graduate of Francis Marion University and is an active member of the Union Presbyterian Church. She has previously taught in the Williamsburg County school system. She and her husband, Joe, have two adult children.
Leslie Brown, career planning and placement coordinator, is a resident of Salters. She is a graduate from South Carolina State University and Lesley University and is currently pursuing her doctorate at Argosy University. She is involved in the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and Order of the Eastern Star, as well as the Professional Women of Color. She has previously served as executive director of People Against Rape, and as English instructor at Miller-Motte Technical College and at Axia College of University of Phoenix.
Dana Broome Williamson of Greeleyville is the administrative assistant in the nursing department. She and her husband, Bruce, have two sons and are active in the Greeleyville Baptist Church and with the Laurence Manning Academy.
