Williamsburg Technical College president Dr. Cleve H. Cox (left) recently received a $3,000 scholarship donation from Williamsburg First National Bank president Alan Chandler.  The gift to the College Foundation’s Campaign for Educational Enrichment will be used to provide three $1,000 scholarships to qualifying students as determined by the College’s scholarship committee.
