WTC Student Receives Progress Energy Scholarship

Jerry Harrington, Progress Energy project planner (left) recently presented the Progress Energy Scholarship at Williamsburg Technical College to Jamey L. Eaddy from Johnsonville, a student in the drafting and design technology program.  The scholarship in the amount of $1,000 per full-time student is awarded to a student or students in an electrical-related field of study.  Also named as a Progress Energy Scholarship recipient but not pictured was Chase H. Love from Kingstree, a student in the welding program.
