WTC Student Receives Exchange Bank of South Carolina Scholarship

Dena Flinchum, Exchange Bank Vice President from Kingstree, (left) recently presented WTC criminal justice student Jessica Grimball from Hemingway with the Exchange Bank of South Carolina Scholarship.  The scholarship provides up to $425 per semester for a student who meets the criteria.
