All borrowers must present a validated Williamsburg Technical College
identification card with an affixed library barcode or a WTC library card
each time loans are made. The first card is free and replacement cards
are five dollars each. All individuals who borrow library material
assume responsibility for that material. Each borrower should be aware
of the material’s loan period and should make every effort to return material
promptly. The due date is stamped on slip inside of book. The last date
stamped is the return date. Books lost or damaged beyond repair will be
billed at the replacement cost plus a five dollar processing fee. All accounts
with the Library must be cleared by the end of each term. Students may
not register for a new term or graduate if they hold a delinquent record. In rare cases it may become necessary to suspend borrowing privileges.
