WTC Financial Aid Information

FINANCIAL INFORMATION

All financial aid is processed online.

Students must maintain a valid e-mail address

to receive financial aid information

In order to complete your financial aid process, you must complete three crucial steps:

(a) apply for a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) (WTC code - 009322)

(b) physically visit the College's The Financial Aid Office, and

(c) complete the online College financial aid process by going to https://williamsburgtech.vfao.com/, the College's Virtual Financial Aid Office (VFAO).

Please start by filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) (WTC code - 009322). If the Estimated Family Contribution (EFC) located on your Student Aid Report (SAR) is less than 4111, go to https://williamsburgtech.vfao.com/ and submit an interview. Our College financial aid code (OPEID) for VFAO is 00932200. Once completed, you will be contacted by the VFAO with either an award letter or a request for more information. The VFAO can also show you your aid in progress and has a link to submit questions you may have.
